Native Instruments blew me out as a potential future customer for any upgrades, or new products by allowing me to purchase ***OLD*** product, and then not honor what the packaging that they themselves had printed on the box. Nothing out of the ordinary going on here. No offense, but are you stoned? :D Everything came from NI.

I believe if you own those products (Solid series in Komplete 11 package, Vintage is in Ultimate only) you can ask NI for the old versions that work in GR5, if you want them.

What I did do was to install a demo for a product that I might buy down the road. If a person has no intention of buying ultimate, then there is nothing to compare. Then I bought a bundle which includes the product that I demoed, and some of the product that I demoed is miissing. Those Softube Vintage plugins weren't part of the G.R package anyway, you had to buy them separately if you wanted them, or buy Komplete Ultimate (as they are not part of normal Komplete). reverb product) is only available to use within GR, instead of regular VST.

If you had them installed at one point, you should still be able to download them from here, I think: NI later moved them into standalone plugins and discontinued the GR versions (if you're talking about Vintage Series compressors, Transient Master, etc.).
